HOM4是用于光學(xué)精密鍍膜機的寬光譜帶域的光學(xué)膜厚監控儀。具有與HOM2-RT-S1相同的波長(cháng)帶域，測光方式也可以自動(dòng)切換透過(guò)，反射模式。由于分光器的小型化實(shí)現了節省空間，成本的目的，設置空間與原來(lái)的HOM2系列一樣。
